What counts as a seat?
A seat is a user who can write and execute queries. Each team member who needs to create or edit queries needs their own seat. Viewers who only need read access don't require seats.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change seat count at any time. Changes are prorated - you'll only pay for what you use.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is permanent, not a trial. You can use it indefinitely with 1 database connection and 10 saved queries. Upgrade when you need more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer discounts for startups or education?
